Hello, My name is Tim Fox and I am the Founder and CEO of Patriot Custom Cottages and Help a Veteran Program.
I am a 24 year Army, Combat Veteran. I started this organization after seeing two major issues in life. The first issue is the inflated housing market. The way it is going, before long, no one will be able to afford a home. The other issue, after I came home from the war, is how it would disgust me to see a homeless Veteran. I knew that there
had to be a solution to both of these issues. I figured that the answer to both of these issues, was to build a
Low-cost home, that anyone could afford. So that people could start enjoying life again, instead of Purchasing an over-priced home, becoming locked down to an enormous house payment for the rest of their lives. Becoming "House Poor" most of them never get to enjoy a family or a retirement.

I soon realized, that I would have to have two separate entities to best serve both needs.
"Patriot Custom Cottages" takes care of the Over Inflated Housing Market for the General public and
"Help a Veteran Program" To take care of the Homeless Veteran problem.
It would also allow all Military Supporters to get involved to help these Homeless Veterans.

These men and woman go into harms way to protect our freedom. It's a crying-shame that anyone who served this great nation would ever become homeless. We want to put an end this travesty.
